Wherever possible the prices quoted in this online catalogue represent the best discount Retrospection Software Ltd is able to give off our in house software and/or where applicable, off a third party manufacturer's software. Additional discounts may be available to customers making volume or multiple unit purchases.

3. Delivery

Retrospection Software Ltd supplies software for immediate download only. A unique link will be presented upon receipt of payment and an email will be set to your address allowing access to the purchased software.

4. Credit

Credit accounts will not normally be available for customers with average purchases of less than £500 per month. Retrospection Software Ltd is pleased to accept all major debit and credit cards.

5. Technical Support

6.1 "Third Party Software" means any third party software supplied by Retrospection Software Ltd to the Customer that is subject to the third party software owner's licensing terms and conditions which accompany the third party software, or licensing terms and conditions that have previously been agreed in writing between the Customer and the third party software owner.

6.2 Third Party Software supplied by Retrospection Software Ltd will be subject to the Third Party Software owner's licensing terms and conditions which in the event of conflict shall prevail over the provisions of our Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, where Third Party Software is supplied by Retrospection Software Ltd to the Customer, our sole liability to the Customer in respect of such Third Party Software shall be to use all reasonable endeavours to enforce, at the Customer's expense, our rights (if any) against the relevant third party as the Customer may reasonably require.

6.3 The Third Party Software will be deemed to be accepted on download, unless the Customer notifies Retrospection Software Ltd of any shortages or defects within 24 hours of purchase.

6.4 All charges are quoted inclusive of Value Added Tax where applicable which is payable in accordance with the then current legislation.

6.5 Following delivery, the Customer shall bear the entire risk of loss or destruction of or damage to the Third Party Software from any cause whatsoever save where the loss, destruction or damage is caused by the act or omission of Retrospection Software Ltd, its employees, its agents or subcontractors.

6.6 The contract shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
